Altamonte.biz earns revenue through Featured placements at the top of category-and-neighborhood pages. Each Featured placement is:
- Limited to one advertiser per page.
- Clearly labeled Sponsored.
- Marked technically with
rel="sponsored nofollow"on outbound links, per Google guidance. - Visually distinct from editorial listings.
What advertising does not change
Advertisers cannot pay to appear in the standard editorial listings, to be removed from a category, or to suppress competitors. Standard listing order and inclusion are editorial decisions made independently of any advertising relationship.
FTC compliance
We follow the FTC's Endorsement Guides: paid placements are conspicuously disclosed, and we do not represent advertisers as having received editorial endorsement.
